Field Sales Executive

Help customers download and install the company mobile application on their smartphones (Android & iOS)

Guide customers on how to use the mobile app, place orders, browse collections, and track information

Educate customers about offers, new arrivals, and brand value

Handle basic customer queries related to products, app usage, and store services

Maintain proper follow-ups with customers for repeat visits and conversions

Ensure smooth coordination between in-store sales and digital/app-based sales

Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism at the workplace

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management

Support basic data entry or customer details as required

• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of smartphone usage (WhatsApp, apps, internet, downloads)
• Ability to confidently teach customers how to use mobile applications
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English (local language is a plus)
• Customer-friendly attitude with a positive mindset
• Willingness to learn products and technology
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (not mandatory
