Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to acquire new customers, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our products/services directly in the market. The role requires regular field visits, lead generation, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience. He only needs to sale Trial pack and no other packs.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • 3. Market IntelligenceConduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
  • Share insights on customer preferences and market trends.
  • 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and sales records.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions and deal status.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Preferred AttributesExperience in IT/FMCG industry.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
