Job OverviewPhonePe is looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard merchants, promote PhonePe products, and expand our digital payment ecosystem. The role involves fieldwork, direct merchant interaction, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned market areas to onboard new merchants for PhonePe services
• Promote PhonePe products such as QR codes, Soundbox, POS solutions, and value-added services
• Educate merchants on digital payments and PhonePe features
• Ensure proper activation and usage of PhonePe products at merchant outlets
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
• Resolve basic merchant issues and coordinate with support teams when required
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of field sales experience
• Experience in fintech, telecom, FMCG, or payments industry is an advantage
• Must own a smartphone with internet access
• Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Basic understanding of digital payments
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and customer-focused attitude
