Cold Chain experience only
Sales Management-Organic & inorganic.
Generating leads & making Cold call.
Meeting the prospects
Understanding the needs of the client.
Work on proposal.
Propose, negotiate & win the prospect & win the deal.
Achieve agreed Monthly sales Target.
Customer Management:
Good Rapport with the client.
Addressing queries with prompt response.
Resolving grievances.
Reporting- Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
Compensation: INR 20 to 30 thousand monthly + incentive
