Job Description – Sales Executive (Alkaline Water Division)

Job Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our Alkaline Water products. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, distributor/dealer appointment, and achieving monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through field visits, retail shops, corporates, gyms, and residential societies.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per the sales plan.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of Alkaline Water to customers.
• Maintain proper sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Ensure after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Required Skills&QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in FMCG / Beverage / Water industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile reporting apps.
• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).
• Salary&BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Incentives based on monthly performance and target achievement.
• Travel allowance as per company policy.
