Job Description

Profile Title: Business Development Manager 

Working day: 6 days working (Sunday working) 

Time: 11am-8pm  

Salary: 10%-15% hike on current salary  

Profile Locations: From Ghatkopar to Byculla and Andheri to Bandra 

Job Overview: 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding 

market share for our educational products and services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and 

cultivating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing existing 

relationships. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the education industry, 

strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation and Prospecting: 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead genera􀆟on, networking, and 

relationship building. 

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, 

government bodies, and potential clients. 

Pursue leads and constant follow up for conversion. 

School and Society Tie-ups in targeted market. 

Identifying reason for non-conversion of lead and resolving them at the earliest. 

Scheduling Home Visit on case-to-case basis for closure of enquiry 

Sales and Revenue Growth: 

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 

Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into clients and maintaining strong customer 

relationships. 

Business Strategy: 

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve organizational goals 

and revenue targets. 

Collaborate with senior management to align business development initiatives with overall company 

objectives. 

Responsible for running festive offers and genera􀆟ng business for the company. 

Market Analysis: 

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor ac􀆟vi􀆟es within 

the education sector. 

Analyse customer needs, preferences, and feedback to shape product/service offerings. 

Partnership Development: 

Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's offerings and 

market presence. 

Nego􀆟ate and finalize partnership agreements that align with business objectives. 

Client Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring 

high levels of customer satisfaction. 


Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues and ensure smooth service 

delivery. 

Marketing and Promotion: 

Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that promote 

educational products and services. 

Utilize various channels to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

Master’s degree in Business, Marke􀆟ng, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the education sector. 

In-depth knowledge of the education industry, including current trends and challenges. 

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. 

Ability to think strategically and execute tac􀆟cal plans to achieve business objectives. 

Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities. 

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
