Field Sales Executive – Courier & Logistics (DHL, UPS, Aramex)

Location:

Job Overview:

InXpress India is seeking dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell international and domestic courier solutions in partnership with leading logistics brands: DHL, UPS, and Aramex. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue across the Maharashtra region.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential SMEs, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and corporates for courier and freight solutions
  • Promote DHL, UPS & Aramex shipping services under the InXpress platform
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demos
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital tools
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and account activation
  • Provide ongoing client support in coordination with internal customer service teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports



Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of international/domestic courier & logistics industry
  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or logistics solutions selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and mobile apps



Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Marketing)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (logistics/courier industry preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may apply
