Job Overview:
InXpress India is seeking dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell international and domestic courier solutions in partnership with leading logistics brands: DHL, UPS, and Aramex. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue across the Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential SMEs, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and corporates for courier and freight solutions
- Promote DHL, UPS & Aramex shipping services under the InXpress platform
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demos
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital tools
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and account activation
- Provide ongoing client support in coordination with internal customer service teams
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of international/domestic courier & logistics industry
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or logistics solutions selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and mobile apps
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Marketing)
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (logistics/courier industry preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may apply
