We're seeking a results-oriented and energetic individual to spearhead sales of our premium pink salt and diverse spice blends in shops and showrooms across our assigned territory. You'll be responsible for building relationships with store owners and managers, conducting product demonstrations, and securing new accounts while maintaining existing ones. This is a dynamic role requiring self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Visit a minimum of 50 shops and showrooms daily, covering the assigned territory.
• Present our pink salt and spice blends to potential buyers, highlighting their unique qualities and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, educate customers on product usage, and answer their questions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with shop owners and managers.
• Secure new accounts and expand existing partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Report back to sales manager on daily basis and attend regular team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM (flexible depending on territory and workload)
