Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic and electrical systems and equipment at client sites. As a Field Service Technician, you will be expected to provide exceptional service while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electronic and electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose issues, repair faults, and ensure proper functionality of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment as per customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues, and providing clear instructions on how to operate or maintain equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards while on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Provide technical support and recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
• Perform installations and ensure compliance with company specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts required for the service operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client queries related to system performance.

• 🔧 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):ग्राहक साइट पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और इलेक्ट्रिकल उपकरणों की इंस्टॉलेशन, मेंटेनेंस और रिपेयर करना।
• तकनीकी खराबियों की पहचान करना, समस्या को ठीक करना और उपकरणों को सही तरीके से काम करने की स्थिति में लाना।
• उपकरणों पर रूटीन प्रिवेंटिव मेंटेनेंस करना ताकि ब्रेकडाउन से बचा जा सके।
• ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार टेक्निकल समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
• ग्राहकों से स्पष्ट और विनम्र तरीके से संवाद करना,
• उन्हें उपकरणों के उपयोग और मेंटेनेंस के बारे में बताना।
• साइट पर रहते हुए सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल और क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स का पालन करना।
• हर विज़िट के बाद सही सर्विस रिपोर्ट और डॉक्यूमेंटेशन तैयार करना।
• ग्राहकों को तकनीकी सहायता देना और आवश्यक अपग्रेड या रिप्लेसमेंट की सलाह देना।
• उपकरणों की इंस्टॉलेशन को कंपनी के मानकों और इंडस्ट्री स्टैंडर्ड्स के अनुसार पूरा करना।
• सर्विस के लिए आवश्यक टूल्स, उपकरण और पार्ट्स का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
• क्लाइंट की तकनीकी क्वेरीज़ को समझना और समाधान देना।
• 🎓 योग्यता (Qualifications):ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics) वरीयता दी जाएगी।
• फील्ड सर्विस या इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस का अनुभव वांछनीय।
• तकनीकी समस्याओं को समझने और हल करने की क्षमता।
• ग्राहक सेवा और कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स अच्छे हों।
• वाहन चलाने का लाइसेंस हो (यदि फील्ड विज़िट की आवश्यकता है)।
