Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This is an

entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the finance field. The Junior

Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting various financial activities, data analysis, and assisting senior

analysts in their day-to-day tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional

development.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data for various projects and clients assigned

Learn to create basic financial models and conduct preliminary financial assessments.

Support senior analysts in their project report preparation


2. Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports.

Prepare and update spreadsheets, charts, and graphs for presentations and reports.

Assist in data validation and ensure accuracy in reports and information prepared and shared with the

third party


3. Research and Reporting: Conduct research on concerned Industry, project location, market conditions, and competitors.

Prepare basic financial reports and presentations under supervision.

Summarize research findings and contribute to team discussions.


4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation trail of every transaction assigned to you.

Assist seniors in loan documentation process


5. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, client's staff, lender's staff and other third-party agencies.

Learn from senior analysts and actively participate in team meetings and discussions. Seek guidance and mentorship to enhance financial analysis skills.


6. Professional Development: Stay updated with financial industry best practices and trends.

Seek learning opportunities and certifications to enhance financial knowledge and skills. Actively participate in team meetings and monthly presentation


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
