Job Summary

A Finance & Insurance Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting financing options and insurance products for their purchases. The role involves coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies to offer suitable financial solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Financial Assistance

• Guide customers on loan and insurance options.
• Explain financing plans, interest rates, EMIs, and insurance coverage.

1. Loan Processing

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
• Collect and verify required documents from customers.

1. Insurance Sales

• Offer suitable insurance products to customers.
• Ensure proper policy documentation and issuance.

1. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of finance and insurance transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

1. Coordination

• Work closely with the sales team to close deals quickly.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and insurance providers.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide post-sale support related to loan disbursement and insurance queries.
• Maintain strong relationships with finance partners and customers.
