Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Evaluate corporate financial statements, conduct ratio analysis, and prepare financial projections.
• CMA Data Preparation: Prepare Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports, financial models, and business projections for funding proposals.
• Banking & Transaction Execution: Analyze banking transactions, assist in sanction and disbursement processes, and ensure compliance with debt sanction terms.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for client meetings, investor pitches, and bank negotiations.
• Client & Banker Relations: Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and banking partners to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and timely submission of required documents for debt transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Expertise in PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including corporate clients and bankers.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
