We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting and inventory operations.

Role Overview

This is an execution-focused role where you will work closely with the Senior Accountant and management to handle accounting entries, compliance support, and critical inventory tracking for jewellery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management (Very Important)

Maintain daily inventory and raw material movement in Excel

Prepare issue vouchers, receipt vouchers, and challans for stock movement

Track movement of gold, diamonds, stones, and finished jewellery

Perform regular stock tally and reconciliation after all entries

Ensure accuracy and coordination between physical stock and records

Accounting Operations

Pass day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments) in Tally Prime

Maintain ledger accounts and assist in bank reconciliations

Support preparation of financial statements and reports

Handle billing and invoice entries accurately

Compliance Support

Filing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

Manufacturing & Job Work Support

Prepare babu/labour bills for finished jewellery

Maintain records of karigar/job work accounts

Assist in tracking production and cost allocation

Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, inventory)

Coordinate with the Senior Accountant for reporting and closing tasks

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of accounting experience (jewellery experience preferred)

Working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel

In-depth understanding of GST and TDS

Experience in inventory/stock handling (preferred)

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Willingness to learn jewellery-specific accounting

Honest, disciplined, and responsible
