Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing company in the electronic security products distribution industry, expanding rapidly, We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager who can take full ownership of our day-to-day finance operations and strengthen our financial systems for future scale.

Key Responsibilities-

Accounting & Daily Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting entries in ERP.

• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliations.

• Handle monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and financial accuracy.

GST, TDS & Compliance

• Prepare and file monthly GST returns.

• Manage TDS deduction, payment & return filing.

• Coordinate with external CA for statutory audits & tax matters.

• Maintain clean compliance records (GST, TDS, ROC documentation).

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow statements.

• Monitor collections, outstanding debtors, vendor payments.

• Track inventory, stock age, and improve working capital cycles.

MIS & Reports

• Create monthly MIS including:

• Sales & Gross Margin analysis

• Inventory age & movement report

• Debtor ageing

• Cash flow variance

• Support budgeting & forecasting activity.

Banking & Loans

• Handle documentation for OD/CC/LC facilities.

• Manage daily banking activities, fund transfers, EMIs

Internal Controls & Process Implementation

• Implement SOPs for purchases, sales credit, stock movement, approval hierarchy.

• Strengthen audit trail and documentation discipline.

• Support ERP improvements.

• Maintain clean financial hygiene.

• Ensure consistent records for future due diligence.

• Support senior management during financial reviews.
