Job Description: Floor Manager

Location :- Mumbai ( Andheri )

Job Summary :-

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the clinic floor, ensuring high standards of patient experience,

staff coordination, internal processes, hygiene, and overall efficiency. This role works closely with branch/cluster management to meet revenue and service quality targets in line with Sakhiya Skin Clinic standards.

  • đź›  Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Floor Operations Oversee day-to-day floor activities ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure appointment scheduling and patient flow is efficient with minimal delays.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor treatment rooms, equipment readiness, and consumable availability.
  • 2. Staff Supervision & ManagementSupervise, train, and motivate floor staff (reception, therapists, housekeeping).
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and uniform compliance.
  • Handle initial staff concerns; escalate major issues to Head Office/Branch Manager.
  • 3. Sales, Revenue & ReportingMonitor and support achievement of sales targets and revenue generation.
  • Prepare daily operational and performance reports for management.
  • Assist front desk/counselors in upselling offers and handling queries.
  • 4. Customer ExperienceEnsure every patient receives professional, satisfactory service.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure reminders and follow-ups for appointments are done timely.
  • 5. Administration & MiscellaneousConduct daily audits of protocols and software updates.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping maintenance (washrooms, dustbins, water supply).
  • Monitor CCTV functioning and enforce clinic discipline.
  • Qualifications & SkillsEducationGraduation or Master’s degree (any discipline) preferred.
  • Experience2–5 years’ experience in operations, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or clinic management.
  • SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership, team management, and decision-making capability.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, reporting).
