About the Role

Grahak Mitra is a customer support role at the bank branch.

The main objective is to assist walk-in customers, guide them in banking transactions, promote digital banking channels, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

3. CIBIL Score SS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at the branch
• Guide customers for banking services and transactions
• Educate customers on digital channels like ATM, ADWM, Internet Banking, YONO, UPI etc
• Help customers fill forms and complete basic banking work
• Support less tech-savvy customers in using digital banking services
• Ensure no customer remains unattended in the waiting area
• Direct customers to the correct counter or officer when required
• Provide basic information about bank products and services
• Ensure priority service for HNI / Premier customers
• Encourage customers to give feedback
• Inform customers about toll-free numbers, call center, and WhatsApp banking

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate candidate (any stream)
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• CIBIL Requirement (Mandatory)
