Protect Hygiene & Presentation Standards

  • Maintain clean and proper uniform
  • Follow hand hygiene practices
  • Ensure tables are clean before seating
  • Handle food safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of service station

Demonstrate Product Knowledge & Suggestive Selling

  • Explain menu items clearly
  • Recommend dishes based on guest preference
  • Suggest add-ons or beverages appropriately
  • Know availability and special offers
  • Answer dietary queries confidently

Ensure Attention to Detail & Order Accuracy

  • Confirm order before sending to kitchen
  • Check order before serving
  • Deliver to correct table
  • Verify billing accuracy
  • Rectify mistakes quickly

Support Team Coordination & Shift Discipline

  • Report on time for shift
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
  • Support team during peak hours
  • Maintain smooth handover between shifts
  • Escalate service issues appropriately
