Job Title: NPD & Quality Associate (Food Technology)

Location: Powai/Bhiwandi

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Food Technology / Food Science (mandatory)

Role Summary:

Looking for a Food Technologist to handle New Product Development (NPD) and Quality & Food Safety for our manufacturing unit. The role involves product formulation, trials, scale-up, and managing quality systems and compliance for the existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new food products from concept to launch
• Improve existing products (taste, nutrition, cost, shelf life)
• Handle quality systems: FSSAI, ISO / FSSC 22000/ organic certification
• Manage raw material, in-process & finished goods quality
• Handle audits and documentation
• Work closely with factory, sourcing & packaging teams

Must Have:

• Food Technology background
• Hands-on experience in NPD + Quality
• Factory exposure
• Knowledge of food safety & compliance

Preferred:

• Experience in food / health food / FMCG
• Audit handling experience
