FOS Manager

Be accountable for driving the E -Vehicle project execution, setting up and overseeing

of FOS (Fleet Operating Stations).

• Be responsible for the optimal performance of the E-Vehicle with Mobile App

integration

• Offer guidance to the 3eco Service Professionals (SPro) on the best ways to maximize

their performance, while delivering a high level of customer service

• Closely monitor availability of vehicles across stations and strive hard to maximize

availability and productivity

• Ensure that fleet operations team, SPros are able to give superior customer experience

without any complaints from Customers

• Responsible for the scheduled periodical service & maintenance of E- Vehicle.

• Responsible for prompt processing of vehicle insurance claims

• Monitor Accident vehicles on daily basis, assess the cost of damage and initiate

suitable action for recovery of vehicle in time

• Relationship management for key tasks like fabrication, refurbishment, schedule

servicing.

• Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly.

• Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the drivers / field staff.

• Responsible for record maintenance and report generation and prompt submission of

bills related to fleet operations.

• Responsible for complete fleet management / route operations

• Work closely with the maintenance team /mechanical team to find ways to reduce

downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance.

• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and

regulations.

• Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire

fleet to achieve company objective

• Installation of additional IT gadgets on EV’s

• The FM acknowledges and agrees that they shall comply with all Applicable Laws in

the provision of these Services.

• The FM acknowledges and agrees that 3eco shall not be liable and that the FM shall

be solely responsible for any acts or omissions, or accident, or any claim by any third

party, during the provision of the 3eco services, or during the course of employment

by 3eco, by the FM.

• Provide these services only in accordance with 3eco Policies as updated and amended

from time to time.
