Job Title: Support Specialist (Voice) – AML & Fraud

Location: Malad, Mumbai (In-office)

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Shift: Uk Shift / Rotational Shifts

Role Summary

We are hiring a Support Specialist for an Inbound Voice process focused on financial crime prevention. You will be the primary contact for customers with inquiries regarding account security, transaction monitoring, and potential fraud alerts. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong background in banking compliance to handle sensitive customer situations effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Inbound Voice Support: Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding account restrictions, transaction reviews, and fraud alerts.

Fraud Detection & Investigation: Conduct initial investigations into suspicious activities and identify potential fraud patterns to protect customer assets and the organization.

AML Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and case management processes comply with stringent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Case Management: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions and investigations.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 18 months of professional experience in a banking environment, specifically within AML or Fraud domains.

Process Expertise: Mandatory experience in an Inbound Voice customer support operation.


Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotational shifts.
