Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good English communication skills, and the ability to interact warmly and effectively with guests.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the property
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages politely and promptly
• Maintain records, update guest information, and manage reservations using computer systems
• Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and nearby locations
• Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow company procedures and uphold hospitality standards at all times

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, and reservation systems preferred)

• Fluent in English speaking and writing; Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and guest-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred
• Minimum Qualification : Graduate
