Job Title: Billing & Store Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to manage billing operations and oversee daily store activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of the shop, maintaining records, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle billing operations accurately using billing software/manual billing

Manage cash transactions and maintain daily cash records

Maintain and update stock records (inward/outward entries)

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Supervise overall shop operations and staff activities

Perform clerical and administrative work (documentation, filing, record keeping)

Assist customers professionally and ensure a good shopping experience

Take customer orders in-store and maintain proper order records

Cross-check sales, stock, and billing data regularly

Ensure proper display and organization of products in the shop

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and smooth workflow in the store

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of billing and stock management

Good communication and customer handling skills

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/billing software preferred)

Experience in retail/shop management is an advantage
