Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office OperationsManager and supervise front desk executives and reception staff

  • Ensure smooth appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Monitor walk-ins, client flow, and waiting time management
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and customer concerns professionally
  • Customer ExperienceEnsure a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to all clients
  • Maintain high service standards and brand presentation at the front desk
  • Build long-term relationships with regular and premium clients
  • Billing & Cash HandlingOversee billing, invoicing, and payment collections
  • Ensure accurate cash, card, UPI, and online transaction handling
  • Daily cash tally, reporting, and coordination with accounts team
  • Coordination & Team SupportCoordinate with service staff, managers, and operations team
  • Ensure service readiness and timely client servicing
  • Support promotions, packages, memberships, and upselling initiatives
  • Reporting & AdministrationMaintain daily sales, appointment, and client reports
  • Monitor attendance, shift planning, and leave management
  • Ensure SOP compliance and front desk discipline
  • Inventory & System ManagementTrack front desk consumables and stationery
  • Ensure CRM / ERP / booking software is updated and accurate
  • Maintain client database and feedback records
  • Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of billing systems, CRM, or salon/hotel software
  • Leadership and team-handling capability
  • Qualification & ExperienceGraduate preferred (Hotel Management / Business Administration is a plus)
  • 2–5 years of experience in front office or customer service roles
  • Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or service industry preferred
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Customer satisfaction & repeat visits
