Profile – Client Experience & Studio Relations

The Role:

We are looking for a Client Experience & Studio Relations professional who will own both client experience and sales outcomes at our studio. As the first and most consistent point of contact, you will manage the full client journey from enquiry and consultation to conversion and handover ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience while driving revenue for the studio. This role blends front-office excellence with strong sales accountability and is critical to converting enquiries into confirmed business while maintaining high standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Front Office·       Act as the face of the studio and deliver a warm, polished, and premium client experience

·       Manage all walk-ins, calls, messages, and digital enquiries with professionalism and urgency

·       Ensure all client-facing areas of the studio consistently reflect brand and service standards

Sales, Consultation & Conversion·       Support the full sales journey for all studio enquiries, from first contact to confirmed booking

·       Understand client needs, vehicle details, budgets, and timelines to effectively qualify leads

·       Present services, pricing, and value proposition confidently and persuasively in a consultative manner

·       Drive enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-conversion outcomes through timely follow-ups and strong relationship management

·       Achieve individual and studio-level sales targets as defined

Coordination & Scheduling·       Schedule appointments to maximise studio utilisation and sales efficiency

·       Coordinate closely with studio, operations, and technical teams post-sale to ensure seamless execution

·       Proactively manage dependencies to avoid delays or drop-offs during the client journey

Pipeline, Reporting & Follow-ups·       Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records, and conversion status

·       Track enquiries, visits, conversions, and revenue on a regular basis

·       Share insights on lead quality, client feedback, and drop-off points to improve sales performance

Events & Revenue-led Experiences·       Support studio events, product launches, and curated client experiences with a sales-first mindset

·       Engage prospective clients, capture leads, and manage post-event follow-ups to drive conversions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

·       Strong experience in Store/ Front office management on client interfacing activities.

·       Hands on experience in walk-in front-ending, Client calls, messages and digital enquiries management.

·       Strong sales acumen with a consultative, relationship-led approach

·       Confident communicator with the ability to influence and close

·       Polished, calm, and professional presence

·       High ownership and accountability for results

·       Strong organisational and follow-up discipline

·       Customer-first mindset with discretion and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

·      Prior experience in client-facing sales roles within luxury retail, automotive, hospitality, or service-led environments

·      Proven ability to manage enquiries, close sales, and meet targets

·      Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus
