Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good English communication skills, and the ability to interact warmly and effectively with guests.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the property
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages politely and promptly
• Maintain records, update guest information, and manage reservations using computer systems
• Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and nearby locations
• Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow company procedures and uphold hospitality standards at all times

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, and reservation systems preferred)

• Fluent in English speaking and writing; Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and guest-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred (but not mandatory)
