Job Description

Handling admin related work

• Provide excellent client and guest care at all times, and notify

staff members of their client visit.

• Arranging office festivals and celebrations

• AMC renewal (AC, Firm alarm system, Coffee Day machine,

pest control and carpenter)

• Preparing ID cards and visiting cards for the new employees.

• Handling inward Courier

• EPBAX

• Maintaining pantry record and housekeeping material.

• Updating employment telephonic directory and birthday

record

• Arranging the board meeting or training room (projector,

seating arrangements, stationery, lunch, snacks etc) for the

meeting.

• Placing order for pantry and housekeeping material via mail

or call.

• Stationeries /Printing Material Management (Vendor

Management).

• Deploying outdoor work to the office boys.
