Fundraiser

The Fundraising Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential donors over the phone, explaining the organization’s mission and programs, and motivating them to contribute financial support. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors using provided databases
• Clearly explain the organization’s cause, ongoing projects, and fundraising campaigns
• Persuade donors to contribute through one-time or recurring donations
• Follow up with donors for confirmations, renewals, and pending contributions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and commitments
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, regional language an advantage)
• Confident, convincing, and target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales is preferred
