About the Role:

 We're looking for a Creative Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in 2D game design to join our team. Your role will involve ideating, visualising, and designing ad creatives for mini-games that are used in performance marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our strategy and motion teams to bring interactive game concepts to life based on client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visual mockups for mini-game ads
• Develop 2D assets, characters, backgrounds, and UI elements
• Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual narratives
• Work closely with animators and developers to ensure visual consistency and feasibility
• Stay updated with gaming and ad creative trends to inspire fresh ideas

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on games or gamified content
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D game art or ad creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools
• Ability to convert abstract ideas into visual form quickly and effectively
• Understanding of mobile-first design and ad formats is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with playable ad tools like Playable Factory, Gadsly, or Buildbox
