Shree Balaji Enterprises is hiring motivated and skilled fabricator / Fabrication Supervisors to join our team. The role involves welding, fabrication, rock anchor waller beam fabrication, piling support beam work, anchoring operations, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Candidates must be able to supervise fabrication activities and ensure quality work at site.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication Work

Assist in fabrication, fitting, and assembly of structural components.

Supervisor / Site Incharge Responsibilities

Act as Site Incharge and manage day-to-day fabrication activities.

Read, understand, and explain fabrication drawings clearly to the workers.

Ensure proper marking, measurement, and cutting as per drawing.

Supervise labourers properly and assign daily tasks efficiently.

Monitor work progress and ensure completion within timelines.

Check material availability and coordinate with management for requirements.

Ensure fabrication work meets quality and safety standards.

Maintain attendance, work records, and daily site reports.

Resolve site issues and support smooth operation of all fabrication-related tasks.

Skills & Requirements

Education:10th Pass / 12th Pass / Fabricator

Experience: 1 to 3 years in fabrication, or site supervision

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of fabrication methods

Ability to read fabrication drawings

Knowledge of safety practices in operations

Language:

No English required

Gender: Male

Age:30 to 55 years
