Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹55,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for International Voice Process roles across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for HSC/Graduate freshers as well as experienced candidates looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the BPO industry. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to Banking, Telecom, Technical, Medical and other service domains via calls
- Provide accurate information and resolution within defined timelines
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Highest qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred for experienced candidates
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- Flexible to work in voice process
- All relevant documents mandatory including educational, personal and work experience documents
Job Details:
- Work From Office only
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
- 9 hours Rotational Shifts
- One side transportation provided
