Job Description
We are hiring International Customer Service Executives to handle global customers across multiple processes including Banking, Telecom, Airlines, Insurance, Healthcare, and Technical Support. The role involves providing high-quality customer support via voice and non-voice channels while maintaining service standards for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients (UK/US/AUS).
- Resolve customer queries related to billing, account management, service issues, and technical support.
- Manage collections, retentions, and upselling while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with airline bookings, reservations, insurance queries, healthcare support, and banking services.
- Provide accurate information and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with international regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good command over English communication
- Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts
- Basic computer knowledge required
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets
- Experience in international BPO processes is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling metrics
