Job Description

We are hiring International Customer Service Executives to handle global customers across multiple processes including Banking, Telecom, Airlines, Insurance, Healthcare, and Technical Support. The role involves providing high-quality customer support via voice and non-voice channels while maintaining service standards for international clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international clients (UK/US/AUS).
  • Resolve customer queries related to billing, account management, service issues, and technical support.
  • Manage collections, retentions, and upselling while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with airline bookings, reservations, insurance queries, healthcare support, and banking services.
  • Provide accurate information and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with international regulations.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good command over English communication
  • Willingness to work in UK/US/AUS shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge required


Preferred Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets
  • Experience in international BPO processes is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling metrics
