Global Voice Support Associate

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers and delivering excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls for international clients (UK / US / AUS)

• Resolve customer queries related to billing, payments, technical support, or general assistance

• Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain quality and compliance standards on every call

• Update customer details and call logs accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• International BPO experience preferred (mandatory for some processes)

• Comfortable with rotational / night shifts

• Willing to work from office

Salary Package:

• 💰 ₹18,000 to ₹60,000 per month (In-hand)

• Additional incentives & performance-based bonuses

• Paid training
