International Voice Process Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic candidates for an International Voice Process to handle customer interactions for US / UK / AUS clients. The role involves providing customer support, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries professionally & efficiently
- Maintain high-quality communication standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every call
Eligibility:
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in international shifts
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & process)
