Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop strategies that drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).

•Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

•Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

•Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with design teams for ad creatives.

•Monitor performance, generate insights, and report results to stakeholders.

•Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance.

•Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.

Requirements:

•Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (2+ years preferred).

•Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or others) is a plus.

•Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

•Proficiency with ad tools such as Google Ads Editor and SEMrush/Ahrefs/SpyFu.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

•Familiarity with remarketing, customer match, and audience segmentation.

Working knowledge of other PPC platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads) is a plus.
