Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design promotional materials, social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing assets.
• Create visual content for the website, emailers, and ad campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
• Edit and enhance product images, reels, and videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-specific designs.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and monitor performance.
• Track campaign metrics and report on ROI and engagement.
• Assist in website updates and content optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing and digital marketing.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva.
• Knowledge of social media tools, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills:

• Video editing basics (Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website CMS
• Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and email marketing tools

Software Knowledge Required:

• Adobe Illustrator – for vector-based graphics and branding materials
• CorelDRAW – for print-ready design and layout work
• Adobe Photoshop – for image editing, retouching, and creative design

Canva – for quick, template-based designs for social media and marketing
