About the Role.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and deliver high-quality visual work that supports marketing, product, and brand initiatives. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into compelling designs, maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple projects from concept through delivery.

This role reports to the Creative Director or Marketing Manager.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign visual assets: Create banners, social posts, email templates, brochures, and presentation decks for digital and print use.
• Develop brand identity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and iconography.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Prepare production files: Export and hand off assets with correct specs for web, mobile, and print.
• Iterate on feedback: Incorporate stakeholder feedback and perform quality checks before release.
• Manage multiple projects: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track version control.

Graphic designers typically work across branding, advertising, web design, and print media, with junior roles focusing on execution and senior roles taking on leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience for mid-level; adjust for junior or senior levels.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design work.
