Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation & Conceptualization:
- Conceptualize and develop original visual designs for marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, websites, presentations, and product packaging.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Software Mastery & Application:
- Utilize CorelDRAW proficiently for detailed vector-based artwork, including logos, intricate illustrations, technical drawings, and preparing files for large-format printing and specialized outputs.
- Leverage Adobe Illustrator for high-quality, scalable vector graphics, including detailed iconography, typography, and complex illustrations.
- Employ Adobe Photoshop for professional image editing, retouching, compositing, color correction, and creating high-impact raster graphics for digital and print use.
- Branding & Consistency:
- Ensure all graphic outputs adhere strictly to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, color palettes, and typography across all media.
- Develop and manage visual assets, including style guides, templates, and libraries.
- Production & Preparation:
- Prepare final press-ready files for a variety of printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing, etc.), ensuring correct color modes (CMYK, Spot Colors), resolution, bleeds, and file formats.
- Optimize graphics for different digital platforms, including web resolution, social media specifications, and email campaigns.
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Collaborate effectively with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure design aligns with content and campaign goals.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and professionally to internal and external teams.
- Revise and edit designs based on constructive feedback.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure designs remain fresh and innovative.
