Job Title: Graphic Designer – Packaging & Social Media

Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Happa Foods. This role will work on end-to-end design across packaging, social media, and brand creatives.

You will closely work with the founders and marketing team and play a key role in shaping how Happa looks across platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives (Instagram posts, stories, ads)
• Work on packaging design (labels, pouches, boxes, cartons)
• Create brand creatives for marketplaces (Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)
• Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Coordinate with printing vendors for packaging outputs
• Support new product launches with visual assets
• Manage revisions and final artwork files end-to-end

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (InDesign is a plus)
• Experience in packaging design preferred (FMCG / food is a big plus)
• Good sense of colour, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of social media formats and trends
• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory
• Photography and videography
