Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to handle a variety of design tasks related to our apparel brand. This role involves designing DTF (Direct-to-Film) sheets, social media ads, posts, and website banners. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of design principles, and a knack for creating compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphics for t-shirts/jackets: Develop engaging trendy and ready to sell designs for our corporate clients and our own brands that aligns with our brand’s visual identity.
• Social Media: Develop engaging and on-brand social media ads and posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, optimizing designs for each platform’s specifications and audience.
• Website Banners: Design visually appealing website banners that capture attention and enhance user experience, while effectively communicating promotions, new arrivals, or brand messages.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and reinforce the brand’s visual identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency in style, color schemes, and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry news, and competitor activities to ensure designs are current and innovative.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are delivered with high resolution and adhere to production standards, checking for accuracy and quality before finalization.
• DTF Sheet Design: Create eye-catching designs for DTF transfers, ensuring high-quality graphics that translate well onto fabric and align with our brand’s visual identity.
