Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and academic teams by creating visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and be well- versed in industry-standard design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for digital and print assets including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, presentations, and ads.
• Design educational creatives such as course posters, academic flyers, infographics, and student engagement material.
• Work closely with marketing, academic, and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet project timelines.
• Support design needs for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
• Assist in layout design for brochures, reports, and presentations using InDesign.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, XD, Lightroom).
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and motion graphics.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into impactful designs.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital design formats.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
