Responsible for- Griller Chiller+ Grill

Job Description-

Food Preparation:

Properly prepping and portioning meats, seafood, and vegetables for grilling according to recipes.

Seasoning and marinating ingredients as needed.

Cutting and assembling components for grilled dishes.

Grilling:

Cooking items on the grill at the correct temperature and cook time to achieve desired doneness.

Monitoring grill heat and adjusting as necessary to prevent burning.

Rotating food on the grill to ensure even cooking.

Cooking procedure & Temperature requirement for burger patty-

1)     Hot plate need to be on 180c to cook the patty.

2)     Patty needs to be flat in shape while in hand then seasoned with salt on both side.

3)     Seasoned patty needs to be place on hot plate after that need to press the patty by burger patty presser.

4)     Patty need needs to cook for 2 min on each side to get caramelized color on the patty.

5)     Once we are done cooking for 2 min after that flip the patty & seasoned with desired spices & sauce.

6)     After this let’s add the yellow slice cheese on the patty for to cheese to get melt for 15 sec.

Cooking procedure for mix herbs cheese chicken patty-

1)     Hot plate need to be on 180c to cook the patty.

2)     Patty needs seasoned with salt on both side.

3)     Seasoned patty needs to be place on hot plate after that need to press the patty by burger patty presser.

4)     Patty need needs to cook for 3 mins on each side to get caramelized colour on the patty.

5)     Once we are done cooking for 3 mins after that flip the patty & seasoned with desired spices & sauce.

6)     Need to cover patty with dome shape container for 2 mins to melt the Gouda cheese & cheddar cheese slice properly.

7)     After this let’s add the yellow slice cheese on the patty for to cheese to get melt for 15 sec.
