Location: Field Role (Society Visits)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed)

Travel Allowance: ₹3,000

Performance Incentives: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (Monthly)

Gender Preference: Both

Languages Preferred: Marathi, Hindi, English.

About the Role

Urban Company is hiring BTL Marketing Associates for the Insta Help Maid Services category. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for visiting gated societies, apartments, and residential complexes to promote our maid service bundles, generate new leads, and build strong partner customer networks.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage with residents and potential partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Customer Outreach

Visit gated societies, apartments, and commercial complexes to promote Insta Help Maid Services.

Conduct door-to-door or society-level promotions, explain service bundles, and convert interested customers.

Organize small activations, on-ground engagement drives, and awareness campaigns.

2. Relationship Management

Build trust with residents, RWAs, and society management teams.

Maintain healthy communication with field partners and resolve their concerns.

Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses.

3. Performance & Reporting

Work towards daily/weekly targets for customer sign-ups and partner onboarding.

Share regular reports on performance, leads, conversions, and feedback from the field.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Confident individuals with strong communication and vocabulary.

Comfortable talking to people, conducting on-ground marketing, and traveling regularly.

Ability to speak Kannada, Hindi, and English (any two or more preferred).

Willingness to work in field environments daily
