Job Description

Role summary: We are looking for a Growth Consultant to be the first human touchpoint for inbound leads across This is not a typical sales role. It is a trust-building role. You will speak with customers who have shown interest in our offerings and help them understand what we do, why it matters, and what is right for them. Your job is to educate, guide, and inspire confidence so that the customer moves naturally toward the payment stage.

You will represent the brand with warmth, credibility, and sharp communication. You will also act as the voice of the customer

internally, capturing insights, objections, and unmet needs, and feeding them back to the product and business teams. This role is

ideal for someone who loves conversations, thinks clearly, uses technology well, and genuinely believes in the power of better

health, richer experiences, and stronger learning journeys.

What you will do

Own the first conversation with inbound leads across.

• Build trust quickly through clear, thoughtful, high-conviction conversations on phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Educate customers on our offerings in a way that is tailored, credible, and easy to understand.

• Help customers navigate choices, resolve doubts, and move confidently toward payment and onboarding.

• Create a premium, low-friction experience that feels consultative, not transactional.

• Capture customer feedback, recurring objections, decision drivers, and journey drop-offs in a structured way.

• Work closely with product, growth, and business teams to improve scripts, journeys, conversion flows and customer exp.

• Use CRM, automation, AI tools, and workflow systems to make funnel smoother for customers and efficient for Studio 186.

• Track lead quality, conversion signals, call outcomes, and funnel metrics with discipline.

What we are looking for

Strong interest in at least one of these spaces, with willingness to learn all three:

- Longevity and preventive health

- Travel and curated experiences

- Education and enrichment

Comfort with technology. You should be able to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, call systems, WhatsApp workflows, AI assistants,

and process automation to improve performance.

Excellent spoken English. Clear, confident, polished communication is non-negotiable.

Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking on the phone and can build comfort and credibility quickly.

A consultative mindset. You are not pushy. You are persuasive because you understand, simplify, and care.

Ability to explain premium or nuanced offerings in a way that feels intelligent, human, and exciting.

Strong listening skills. You catch what customers say, what they do not say, and why it matters.

A builder mindset. You do not just follow process. You improve it.

High ownership and bias for action. Early-stage teams are messy. You should enjoy that kind of chaos.

What great looks like in this role

Customers feel understood, not handled.

Conversations feel informed and energising, not salesy.

Lead-to-payment conversion improves because customers trust the journey.

The product team gets sharp feedback from the front lines.

The funnel becomes faster, cleaner, and more scalable over time.

Why join us

You will be part of the founding journey of multiple new ventures being built with ambition, speed, and high standards.

You will get a front-row seat to how new businesses are created across health, travel, and education.

You will help shape not just customer conversations, but the product itself.

This is a role for someone who wants more than a sales target. It is for someone who wants to influence growth, customer love, and

eventually build a career in growth and marketing.
