Job Description
- Candidates experience must be from CA firm only
- GST audit & GST structure review of manufacturing companies and would be more better if candidate has exp in Pharma industry as well.
- GST registration PAN India basis and
- Experience of filing GSTR-1, 3B, ITC04 , GSTR-6, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, 2A/2B reconciliation
- Complete preparation, application and department liasing for refund pertaining to export , excess payment and inverted structure
- Advisory on issues under GST regarding E-invoicing , TC reversal & export
- End to end drafting support for pre litigation & litigation stage including routine department correspondence , replies to show cause notices , appeals & written or additional submission
- Experience of handle department GST audit under section 65
- Added advantage for experience of TDS return filing & ITR filing
- Having good knowledge of ledger scrutiny for GST point of view
- Updated with new amendments and notifications of GST
