Guest Relation Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist them during check-in and check-out process
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Ensure VIP guest handling and special arrangements
• Maintain guest records and update system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance

🔹 Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)

• Pleasant personality with good grooming standards
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
• Basic computer knowledge (PMS software preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Qualification
• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
• Freshers or 1–2 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry
• Candidates from hotel management colleges preferred

🔹 Salary:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Service charge + Incentives (if applicable)
