Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria is an award-winning Neapolitan pizza brand built on serious craft, high-energy service, and obsessive attention to detail.

We’re looking for Restaurant Assistants who can support the service team, keep the floor sharp, and deliver a seamless guest experience.

Role OverviewYou will support the service team in running smooth day-to-day restaurant operations — from table setup and guest interaction to food running and floor coordination.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on, with strong growth potential into Service Director / Experience Manager roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFloor SupportAssist in setting up tables before service (cutlery, crockery, napkins)
• Ensure tables are clean, reset, and ready for guests at all times
• Support smooth flow of guests across the restaurant
• Service SupportServe food and beverages to tables efficiently
• Assist Service Directors in taking orders if required
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during service
• Guest ExperienceGreet and acknowledge guests politely
• Be attentive to guest needs during their dining experience
• Support in delivering a warm and high-energy vibe on the floor
• CoordinationWork closely with kitchen and service team for timely food delivery
• Communicate delays or issues to senior staff
• Assist in managing peak-hour rush smoothly
• Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness of service areas and stations
• Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times
• Requirements0–2 years experience in restaurant / café / hospitality (freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
