Job Summary:The Hostess / Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.

1. Key Responsibilities:Guest Relations & Service:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
2. Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
3. Communicate wait times accurately and ensure guests are comfortable.
4. Assist guests with menu inquiries and special requests.
5. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate them when necessary.
6. Collect and record guest feedback to improve service quality.
7. Maintain a positive and welcoming restaurant ambiance.
8. Operational & Administrative Support:Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
9. Maintain cleanliness and presentation at the entrance and reception area.
10. Keep track of VIP guests and special occasions for personalized service.
11. Assist with billing and payment processes when needed.
12. Prepare daily reservation reports and guest feedback summaries.

• Qualifications & Skills:1-3 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation management.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.
