Position: Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) / Reception cum Cashier

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth guest experience
• Manage billing and cash transactions accurately
• Issue and manage game cards for customers
• Maintain proper records of daily transactions and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate when required

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or gaming industry is a plus
