• 🎯 ExperienceMinimum 6 months in Guest Service
• Luxury / Premium brand experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet, welcome, and assist guests
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure memorable experiences
• Maintain guest records and collect feedback
• Follow grooming and hygiene standards as per SOP
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend offerings
• Engage guests to drive sales and upselling
• Prepare and serve beverages as per SOP
• Handle POS systems accurately and generate bills
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Monitor inventory and support restocking
• Resolve guest queries and grievances professionally
• Support promotions, events, and tastings
• Act as a brand ambassador reflecting CocoCart’s luxury standards

Salary₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
