JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the ultimate PARTNER to your managers by modeling the importance of the guest experience, constantly demonstrating TEEG’s and PNL’s mission and values, and adhering to all company policies and SOPs.

• Be OBSESSED with delivering on the success of Active Edu Fun activities by facilitating play-based learning activities that are interactive and educational.

• Ensure a FUN yet safe environment for your guests by ensuring adherence to compliance with tidiness,cleanliness, and safety requirements.

• Contribute to the successful operation of our venue by having an OBSESSIVE knowledge of PNL core products and offerings, ensuring you follow the GUEST+ framework.

• Attract and excite our guests by maintaining an amazing venue setup and presentation, building guest relationships, promoting Edu Fun activities to parents, and engaging in any other external promotional activities.
